Job summary

RCT Systems is seeking a Senior Resource Manager to oversee airborne SIGINT operations and DCGS-related resources from a centralized site. You will coordinate missions across aircraft and sensor networks, perform diagnostics, and support maintenance teams.

Requirements include TS/SCI, an technical Associate’s degree or equivalent DCGS experience, and 3+ years in IS security management with 2+ years in DCGS. Competitive benefits and PTO are offered.

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Education: Associate’s degree in a technical field or 5+ years of DCGS experience.
• Experience: 3+ years in Information System Security Management; 2+ years in DCGS operations.
• Certifications: DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II or IAM Level I; DoD 8570.1 IASAE Level I.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple airborne SIGINT missions for core and DMS sites.
• Interface with aircraft, sensors, networks, and O&M teams.
• Conduct system analysis, diagnostics, and fault isolation.
• Provide ground support for SIGINT systems and networks.
• Contribute to process improvement and resource management updates.

The role also involves updating and improving sensor resource management processes.Key Duties:

• Conduct system analysis, diagnostics, and fault isolation
• Provide ground support for SIGINT systems and networks
