Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of team lead experience, preferably warehouse experience.
• Must be able to obtain forklift license through Highline Warren Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the assigned warehouse department and direct the work of at least two associates.
• Plan and organize daily activities of the department and coordinate warehousing tasks.
• Safely operate forklift and other equipment per OSHA regulations.
• Monitor quality and productivity; report metrics for the department.
• Oversee storage, shipping/receiving, inventory activities, cycle counts, and documentation.
