REI Co-op in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Distribution Center Warehouse Specialist to safely move products through the warehouse using equipment. This role requires standing for long shifts, operating RF handheld devices, and collaborating with a team to meet dispatch and delivery targets.

You will support multiple departments, maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency, and communicate clearly with team members and carriers to ensure timely pickups and inbound/outbound flow.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience using warehouse equipment.
• Experience with RF handheld equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Distribution Center equipment in line with safety standards.
