Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Material Handler in our Distribution Center to help process inbound and outbound freight accurately and safely. The role may include receiving, labeling, putaway, order picking, replenishment, and other duties as assigned, with attention to productivity and safety.

This on-site position requires basic computer skills, the ability to work independently or in a team, and good communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs one or more functions in a Distribution Center environment to fulfill orders for retail stores and other DCs.
• Documents production log to ensure productivity records are accurate.
• Completes other assigned duties per business needs.
• May utilize manual and/or powered industrial equipment and RF guns to perform tasks.
