Job summary

Viega LLC is seeking a DC Team Member II (2nd shift) in Carlisle to support daily warehouse operations. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, inspect equipment, and follow safety, 6S, and ISO9001 standards while using WMS and forklift equipment.

You’ll work from a defined schedule, may require up to 10% travel, and participate in a discretionary annual bonus program along with benefits like 22 days PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive health and retirement package.

Qualifications

• Safety mindset and ability to operate in a warehouse environment.
• Basic math and strong reading/comprehension skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and detail orientation.
• Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and safe work practices.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and procedures.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
• Ability to lift/move heavy items (>50 lbs).
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to quality and ISO9001 principles.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily tasks per work board and supervisor directions.
• Work overtime as scheduled.
• Inspects equipment and reports defects.
• Operates equipment safely (order picker, forklift, pallet jack).
• Picks, packs, labels, and ships materials per instructions.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and 6S cleanliness.
