Job summary

Viega LLC in McPherson KS is hiring a DC Team Member II on the 2nd shift. You will support daily scheduling, pick and pack orders, and operate key warehouse equipment to meet customer requirements.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6–17 months of related experience; training on WMS, RF scanners, and forklifts is provided. Opportunities for growth and a comprehensive compensation package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–17 months of related experience.
• Warehouse Management Systems experience preferred.
• Lean experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily tasks from the work board and supervision.
• Operate and inspect equipment safely; use RF devices as needed.
• Pick, pack and label orders accurately for shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform 6S housekeeping.
• Support ISO9001 quality initiatives and process improvements.
