Viega LLC in McPherson KS is seeking a DC Team Member II- 1st Shift to manage daily tasks, pick and pack orders, and maintain 6S practices. You will operate forklift, order picker and pallet jack, and follow supervisor directions to ensure accurate, timely shipments.

The role requires safety, basic math, and strong organizational skills with the ability to work overtime and learn WMS systems. This position is on-site at our McPherson distribution center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6-17 months of related experience.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Lean experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Determines daily work schedule via work board and supervisory directions.
• Picks and packs orders according to instructions; scans and labels.
• Operates forklift, order picker, and pallet jack safely.
• Maintains 6S cleanliness and reports defects.
• Assists leadership in improving processes and quality.
