Job summary

WOW Logistics is seeking a DC Trainer to lead the training of warehouse staff at the Menasha distribution center and beyond. The role focuses on new hire training, material handling equipment, and safety policy compliance, while also supporting regular warehouse duties.

You will train on PPE, LOTO, fire prevention and safety topics, document records, and participate in safety audits. This is a safety-sensitive, drug-free workplace with growth opportunities within WOW Logistics.

Qualifications

• Training on safety topics (PPE, LOTO, Fire Prevention, Hazard Communication).
• 40 hours of MHE training for new employees including classroom and hands-on.
• Documentation of training records via intranet/SharePoint.
• Support safety and training audits and observations.

Responsibilities

• Train safety topics (PPE, LOTO, Fire Prevention, Hazard Communication).
• Deliver 40 hours of MHE training for new hires.
• Provide process training on warehouse tasks.
• Document training records via WOW Intranet/SharePoint.
• Assist with BBS observations and safety audits.
• Mentor and support new employees to ensure success.
• Conduct post-accident follow-up MHE training as needed.
• Lead annual MHE evaluations and 3-year re-certifications.
