Job summary

WOW Logistics Company, LLC seeks a DC Trainer to lead safety and equipment training at the Menasha distribution center and other sites as needed. You will train new hires on all material handling equipment and safety policies, and document training records in the WOW Intranet and SharePoint.

You will support warehouse duties when not training, uphold a drug-free workplace culture, and contribute to audits and safety observations while mentoring new staff to ensure their success.

Qualifications

• Training on PPE, LOTO, Fire Prevention, Hazard Communication and other safety topics.
• 40 hours of MHE training for new employees, including classroom and hands-on.
• Record training activities using the WOW Intranet and SharePoint.
• Assist with safety observations and audits (BBS) at the distribution centers.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and mentoring toward new employees.
• Post-accident follow-up training for MHE as needed.
• Annual MHE re-certifications for staff.

Responsibilities

• Train all required safety topics (PPE, LOTO, Fire Prevention, Hazard Communication).
• Provide 40 hours of MHE training for new hires (classroom and hands-on).
• Document training records via the WOW Intranet and SharePoint.
• Assist DCM with BBS observations and safety audits.
• Mentor and develop new employees for their success.
• Conduct post-accident follow-up MHE training as needed.
• Coordinate annual MHE evaluations and 3-year re-certifications.
