Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Restock Driver to support the Receiving & IC team in our Lockport, IL distribution center. The role involves ensuring accurate receiving, stocking, and shipping processes while operating warehouse machinery and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring orders, adhering to SOPs, and helping train new hires. This full-time, 1pm–9:30pm schedule offers benefits and growth opportunities within a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read and speak English.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery.
Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.
Ability to work overtime when needed.
Ability to work independently without close supervision.

Responsibilities

Work with the leadership team for process improvements and provide support throughout the DC.
Monitor customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping to meet safety, security, accuracy, and productivity standards.
Operate required warehouse machinery and equipment.
Follow and meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
Report and record discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages.
Maintain required processed/procedure audits.
Train in customer service duties as required.
Monitor and train new hires for productivity and quality.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Distribution Center.
Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
Act professionally and contribute to a safe working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned and be willing to cross-train.
