Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. seeks a warehouse supervisor to lead a shift in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and equipment maintenance, while coaching a direct team to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets. Applicants should have proven warehouse supervision experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient warehousing services.
• Coordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution, and component part support.
• Ensuring the safe and accurate storage of materials.
• Providing daily supervision to a team of direct reports, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Scheduling repairs for warehouse maintenance, including company vehicles and forklifts.
• Assisting in developing replenishment plans for equipment.
• Adhering to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies.
• Maintaining regular and reliable attendance.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Pay Range: $18.50 - $40.19
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
