Job summary

Rural King Farm and Home Store is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our Ohio distribution environment. You will handle loading, scanning, packing, and shipping tasks while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Latitude systems.
• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King's Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork and Accountability

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and.
• Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and leverage opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
• Use an RF scan gun to scan cases off the conveyor and associate them with designated load labels.
• Ensure all pallets are stacked securely and cubed to max capacity to maximize shipping efficiency.
• Responsible for closing load, securing load with wrap, and pulling from the line when the pallet is complete.
• Ensure all quality and production goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
