Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Safety Supervisor for the Distribution Center in Houston to enforce safety regulations and company standards. You will coach employees on quality work, accuracy, efficiency, and execution of programs while maintaining inventory integrity.

You will manage safety audits, train staff, and lead the losses prevention program. The role requires experience with WMS, OSHA compliance, and the ability to supervise 10–20 employees in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years of relevant experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven problem-solving and team building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of WMS systems (Manhattan) and distribution/warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and keep records/reports.
• Coach, train, and mentor DC employees on Safety and Loss Prevention.
• Oversee safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA/FTZ/Fire standards.
• Lead safety/claims processes and monitor alarm and fire systems.
• Conduct security inspections and environmental compliance.
• Ensure equipment training and certifications are up to date.
