Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services in Washington, DC is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. You will use a consultative sales approach to help customers choose from AT&T’s latest devices and services, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets while earning uncapped commissions.

You’ll be part of a dynamic retail environment, engage with the community, process online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options on the sales floor.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule (9am–9pm) including weekends; schedule may be provided 2 weeks in advance.
