Anemoi Predictive Technology LLC in Washington, DC is seeking an Execution Trader for electronic markets. This fully remote role requires living in the Washington, DC area to align with Eastern Time monitoring and policy-sensitive sessions.

You will own live orders, assess execution performance, and coordinate risk with engineering and risk teams while enabling efficient venue outcomes. 4+ years of direct electronic-trading experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Direct electronic-trading or execution analytics experience.
• Knowledge of order types, auctions, and U.S. market structure.
• Strong SQL and post-trade analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electronic execution and exception handling.
• Analyze implementation shortfall, impact, and venue outcomes.
• Develop broker and algorithm scorecards.
• Coordinate incident response with engineering and risk.
• Own live orders, implementation shortfall, venue outcomes, and execution exceptions.
