Job summary

Concentric LLC is seeking a Level-2 Installation Technician (Critical Power) to install and maintain power infrastructure, with hands-on experience in racks, cables, and related equipment. You will work under supervision, ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety in central offices, headends, and data centers.

The role requires background in DC power installation, ability to travel up to 80%, and flexibility for evening or weekend work. DOT compliance and strong teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree in electrical/electronics preferred.
• 6 months OEM or 2 years DC power installation/maintenance experience.
• Experience in central office installation environment and DC power plants.
• Must pass background check, DOT requirements, and drug testing.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and work evenings/weekends.
• Strong safety, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 qualifications and support Level 2 installation tasks.
• Install, label, and test power cables to equipment such as BDFB.
• Strip, lug, terminate, and fan out cables; ensure correct lugs and tools.
• Read installation drawings and perform basic testing with appropriate meters.
• Maintain safe work area; meet customer security requirements.
• Travel extensively across territory; adapt to DOT regulations.
