Job summary

Qorvo, Inc. seeks a skilled DC Parametric Test Wafer Probe Engineer with expertise in FET characterization to join our test engineering team in Richardson, TX. You will specialize in wafer probing and DC electrical measurements, supporting device characterization and production test development.

You will collaborate with design, process and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate parametric data, analyze trends and contribute to test methodology improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with DC parametric test equipment and wafer probing systems, with specific experience in FET device characterization.
• Strong understanding of DC electrical characterization and test measurement.
• Proficient in test program development and data analysis software/tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize and maintain DC parametric test programs for FET wafer probing.
• Operate and troubleshoot wafer probers and DC parametric test equipment for precise FET characterization.
• Collaborate with FET device design and process engineers to define test requirements and coverage.
• Analyze FET parametric test data to identify performance trends and variations.
• Support wafer probe station setup, calibration and maintenance.
• Document procedures and provide detailed technical reports to project teams.
• Participate in cross-functional design and test reviews for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and manufacturing standards.
