Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. The role oversees 25–75 hourly associates on the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu 4PM–2AM) and focuses on coaching, forecasting, and process improvement across distribution.

You will collaborate with Home Office and Distribution Teams, drive accuracy, UPH, and meeting departmental goals while maintaining a safe, inclusive work culture. Bachelor's degree or related experience is required.

• Bachelor's Degree or related experience is required.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with WMS systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 25–75 hourly associates.
• Ensure goals for accuracy, fill rate, and on-time performance.
• Coach, train and manage performance to meet UPH and accuracy targets.
• Partner daily with Home Office and Distribution Teams across shifts.
