Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a General Labor II SME for our Midwest Distribution Center. The role combines core operational duties with expert training, translating Standard Work Instructions into hands-on coaching for new hires and cross-training teams.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience mentoring peers in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with DC systems, processes, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training for new hires, cross-training, and retraining using Standard Work Instructions.
• Interpret and apply Standard Work Instructions on the floor, explain and troubleshoot processes.
• Support leadership by reinforcing standard work, addressing training needs, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
