Job summary

Mount Franklin Foods LLC is seeking an Operations Process Manager to drive continuous improvement across a high-volume distribution center, covering warehouse, logistics, and traffic operations. You will lead Lean initiatives, map critical processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable productivity gains.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, data-driven decision making, and experience with WMS/TMS/ERP systems to optimize throughput, accuracy, and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse, logistics, or transportation environments.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and process-mapping methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and KPI development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement across warehouse, logistics, traffic, and distribution operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste, and cost-reduction opportunities; implement Lean/Kaizen/5S projects.
• Develop standardized processes, SOPs, and standard work; track impact with KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain improvements and drive results.
