Ulta Beauty is seeking a DC Operations Manager to lead cross-functional teams in distribution and e‑commerce operations, delivering process improvements and cost efficiencies across the network. You will plan and drive staffing, monitor performance, and partner with store and field teams to ensure service excellence.

This full‑time role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a willingness to travel.
