Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 10+ years supply chain, DC or warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in retail/eCommerce.
• Strong safety, budgeting, and KPI management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate high-energy, results-driven teams in a fast-paced retail and eCommerce environment.
• Manage DC productivity and oversee annual operating budget and KPI metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity and financial performance; ensure compliance and safety.
• Oversee facilities management, vendor relationships, and cross-functional alignment with company objectives.
