Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions seeks a DC Operations Manager to lead a high-volume distribution operation in Greenville, SC. You will guide change, build strong frontline teams, and turn operational challenges into measurable results.

Core duties include identifying bottlenecks, improving workflows, using WMS data, and coordinating cross-department initiatives. 24/7 coverage may be required. Competitive $70k-$80k base with bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large frontline teams in distribution, fulfillment, or e-commerce operations.
• Proven ability to develop frontline leaders and improve engagement.
• Strong process improvement and change-management skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to translate data into actionable operational decisions.
• Proficiency with WMS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Develop frontline leaders and strengthen associate engagement.
• Improve workflows, labor utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Use WMS data and performance metrics to guide decisions.
• Lead new processes, systems, and initiatives from rollout through results.
