Job summary

Owens & Minor is hiring an Operations Supervisor for our Southaven, MS distribution center. The role leads daily warehouse operations, coordinating inbound/outbound activities and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused execution.

The position offers day-one medical/dental/vision benefits, an annual incentive bonus up to 10%, and growth opportunities, with a compensation range of $75,000–$77,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing a multifaceted warehouse or distribution operation.
• Minimum 5 years in a warehouse or production environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coaching teammates.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across inbound/outbound functions.
• Assign teammates and team leaders to key functions based on needs.
• Establish work schedules and ensure effective staffing.
• Monitor workflow to maximize efficiency and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop teammates and provide coaching and performance management.
• Maintain KPIs and report performance with root-cause analysis.
