Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, customer service, or supply chain is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service or supply chain operations.
• Strong computer skills and analytics.
• Experience in distribution or customer service roles.
• Forklift operating experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of finished goods inventory stocks.
• Maintain truck and equipment; operate forklift as needed.
• Sales support via email, quotes, and calls.
• Coordinate with Distribution, Field Sales, Shipping, and Finance.
• Daily data entry of orders and inventory control.
• Handle returns and post-order activities (debits/credits).
• Manage inbound/outbound transportation and customer pickups.
• Adhere to credit policies and procedures.
• Assist DC Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Fill in as DC Manager when needed.
