Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our Distribution Center team in Richmond, CA. You will report to an Area Manager and perform a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, loading, sorting, and packing orders with safety and efficiency.

You will operate material handling equipment, verify order accuracy, and support the team with daily warehouse tasks. This role requires a high school diploma and 1+ years of relevant experience; lifting up to 49 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of warehouse or related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight and move product to storage areas.
• Operate manual and electric material handling equipment.
• Process orders including picking, packing, and shipment confirmation.
• Check freight for accuracy and damage; record weight, time, and date.
• Follow safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
• Assist Area Manager and Leads with warehouse tasks as needed.
