Compensation Pay Range
$23.60 - $27.10
The actual hourly rate will be at least the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform outbound functions such as loading, picking, or packing orders for shipment according to proper methods for the DC-WMS or paper system.
2. Locate and pull merchandise by matching item codes and part numbers, and stage or pack items accordingly.
3. Label totes correctly and ensure they do not exceed 60 lbs.
4. Maintain accuracy and productivity standards in order picking and packing.
5. Itemize and document all products not shipped in totes, ensuring freight bills are accurate and complete.
6. Operate handheld computers and voice picking equipment.
7. Load trucks quickly and securely, ensuring freight is properly tied and secured.
8. Keep picking zones stocked and totes repaired as needed.
9. Operate printers and sort tickets and labels by zone.
10. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, disposing of trash properly.
11. Assist in training new team members and convey procedural or departmental updates.
12. Adhere to safety standards and report unsafe practices.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Required: Strong communication skills, ability to quickly and accurately read and match numbers and letters, strong math skills.
• Desired: High school diploma or GED, warehouse experience, multilingual abilities (Spanish preferred).
