Job summary

PrideStaff is seeking a Distribution Center Material Handler in Washington State. The role involves unloading inbound freight, inspecting for damage, and verifying manifests. You’ll pick and pack orders using RF prompts, label items precisely, and support inventory control and outbound loading.

The job requires standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs, with RF/WMS experience. Forklift certification is a plus and may raise pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred; training provided.
• Ability to stand/walk for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Familiar with RF scanners and WMS workflows.
• Forklift certification is a big plus and may increase pay.

Responsibilities

• Receive & inspect: unload inbound freight, verify manifests, check for damage.
• Pick & pack: follow pick-lists or RF prompts, pack and label orders accurately.
• Manage inventory: support cycle counts and replenishment to keep records accurate.
• Prep shipments: wrap pallets and load outbound trucks with care and speed.
• Keep it safe: maintain clean aisles and remove debris and stray pallets.
