Job Responsibilities:

1. Load and unload finished goods, stock transfer orders, and transfers to Church & Dwight customers and outside Distribution Centers, and build pick pallets.
2. Operate sit-down, stand-up, and pallet rider forklifts proficiently.
3. Build pick pallets according to the pick list.
4. Maintain accurate paperwork and perform daily preventive maintenance inspections.
5. Ensure a clean work environment by sweeping and dumping trash at the end of each shift.
6. Work professionally with carriers and customers.
7. Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to load and unload trucks efficiently.
8. Read and understand pick lists by quantity, product type, lot codes, and version codes to fulfill customer orders.
9. Operate stretch wrappers to secure loads on pallets.
10. Follow plant food safety programs and basic HACCP principles.
11. Operate forklift safely and in a timely manner.
12. Follow all facility rules to maintain quality and integrity of raw materials and finished products.
13. Lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
14. Work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Proficiency in operating forklifts and WMS.
2. Ability to work any shift, including weekends.
3. Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.
4. Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. At least six months of forklift experience.
3. WMS experience preferred.
4. Knowledge of material handling equipment.
