Position Overview: To load and unload finished goods, manage stock transfer orders, and transfers to Church & Dwight customers and outside Distribution Centers, and build pick pallets.

This role is based at the Warehouse in Fostoria, OH, on Shift 912: Sunday - Thursday, 11:30 pm - 7:30 am. The hourly rate is $26.71 plus shift premium.

Essential Functions

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, and pallet rider forklifts proficiently.
• Load and unload trailers and containers accurately according to specifications.
• Build pick pallets based on the pick list.
• Maintain accurate paperwork.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance inspections.
• Keep the department clean by sweeping and disposing of trash at each shift's end.
• Work professionally with Church & Dwight carriers and customers.
• Proficiently use WMS to load or unload trucks efficiently.
• Read and interpret pick lists by quantity, product type, lot codes, and version codes to fulfill customer orders.
• Operate stretch wrappers to secure loads on pallets.
• Understand and adhere to plant food safety programs and basic HACCP principles.
• Be flexible to work any shift during the week, including weekends.
• Follow safe operating procedures and exercise good judgment.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Follow all facility rules to ensure quality and integrity of raw materials and finished products.
• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Flexibility to work any shift and weekends.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Adherence to safety procedures and facility rules.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Familiarity with plant food safety and HACCP principles.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least six months of forklift experience.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment.
