Job summary

Michaels is hiring a Material Handler for its Texas Distribution Center. You will support inbound/outbound freight, perform tasks such as receiving, labeling, putaway, order picking, replenishment and loading, and operate manual or powered equipment as needed.

You will document production logs, maintain accurate records, and complete other duties as assigned while adhering to safety standards. High school or equiv preferred; basic math, record-keeping and communication skills are valued.

• Basic math proficiency for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute distribution center tasks such as receiving, labeling, putaway, order picking, and loading.
• Utilize manual and/or powered equipment and RF guns to perform tasks.
• Document production logs and ensure productivity records are accurate.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
