Job summary

Marshalls within The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a skilled maintenance technician for preventative maintenance and repairs on forklifts, conveyors, and DC equipment at the Dayton Fulfillment Center.

You will troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and support facilities with CMMS-guided tasks. The role requires 4–6 years in maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain a PIT license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in the maintenance field.
• Experience with conveyor systems and power equipment is a plus.
• Must have knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, water systems, building repairs, and housekeeping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on warehouse equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot forklifts, conveyors, and related DC machinery.
• Read blueprints/schematics and document work performed.
• Maintain safety standards and operate within EMS/CMMS guidelines.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and varied shifts.
