Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking a DC Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 4:45pm–3:30am) to lead maintenance technicians and janitorial staff in our distribution center.

You will ensure safety procedures, optimize run time, and supervise spare parts inventory across the shift. You will coordinate with the maintenance manager on PM scheduling, capital projects, and external partners while maintaining a hands-on management approach.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 year technical degree or related experience.
• 3-5 years experience in industrial maintenance supervision.
• Working knowledge of PLCs.
• Able to work flexible hours (occasional Saturday shift).
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of maintenance technicians and janitorial staff to perform all daily aspects of DC maintenance.
• Manage preventative maintenance program timing, scheduling, and execution.
• Assist maintenance manager with capital project tracking and execution.
• Manage inventory and spare parts receiving and storage.
