Job summary

PrimeDefense USA is seeking a Concierge Assistant in Washington, DC to assist guests with recommendations, reservations, and inquiries. This temporary role requires fluency in English and strong customer service skills, with preference given to Indian candidates.

You will help guests with personalized recommendations and ensure a welcoming, organized concierge desk and lobby area, with the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-in.
• Provide personalized restaurant, activity, and attraction recommendations.
• Make reservations for guests at various establishments.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests.
• Keep concierge desk and lobby area clean and organized.
• Assist with luggage handling when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date on local events and attractions.
• Coordinate special requests such as transportation or tours.
