Factory Motor Parts in Branford, CT, is seeking a Lead Operations Associate to join our warehouse team. The role focuses on accurate order pulling, cycle counts, stock organization, and professional communication with customers while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include processing customer returns, handling hazardous materials as required, and supporting delivery of parts by company vehicle. Growth opportunities exist within a nationwide distributor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive work ethic and high attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

In addition to the Warehouse duties, this position may be responsible for the safe, timely and accurate delivery of customer's automotive parts to their location using a company provided vehicle; per location needs.
