Job summary

Factory Motor Parts Co. in a fast-paced warehouse environment seeks a proactive Lead Operations Associate to manage daily tasks, pull orders, assist with inventory, stock shelves, and maintain safe, accurate operations.

The role may include delivering parts using a company vehicle and coordinating with management while communicating clearly with customers. A High School Diploma or GED, forklift experience, and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive work ethic.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus.
• Clean driving record.
• 19 years of age or older.
• Willingness to submit to and pass background check and drug screening test.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders
• Participate in inventory cycle counts
• Stock shelves as inventory arrives
• Maintain warehouse organization
• Professional communication with customers
• Ability to write customer returns accurately
• Must be able to handle hazardous materials
• Performs other duties as assigned.

In addition to the warehouse duties, this position may be responsible for the safe, timely and accurate delivery of customers' automotive parts to their locations using a company‑provided vehicle, per location needs.
