Burlington Stores, Inc. in Washington, DC, is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to support distribution center initiatives, improve shrink, and drive cost savings.
You will partner with Finance, Buyers, Allocations and Planning, and DC Operations to execute initiatives and ensure SOX compliance and inventory accuracy. The role requires research, root-cause analysis, audits, and cross-training across shifts.
This position supports distribution center initiatives, in conjunction with Inventory Control and non-Inventory Control-related activities targeted to improve shrinkage, performance, and cost savings initiatives. This position will directly impact the organization by partnering with multiple levels of the organization to drive, communicate, and execute million-dollar initiatives for Burlington Stores. This position plays a key role in SOX compliance and inventory accuracy. Research, problem solve, perform root cause analysis, and process financial inventory adjustments impacting inventory for either the East Coast or West Coast Distribution Centers and Warehouses in addition to the Burlington Stores. Must independently provide a strong research skill set and problem-solving ability while leveraging the skills and knowledge of other team members across the Supply Chain to accomplish their responsibilities. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required. Ability to travel to multiple facilities across multiple shifts as needed. Required to comply with the policies and procedures as defined in SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure). This position will support members of the Supply Chain, including but not limited to Finance, Buyers, Allocations and Planning, Transportation, DC Operations, and Burlington Stores nationwide.
BA / BS preferred
Ability to become certified on DC equipment as needed

Compensation Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00
