Burlington Stores, Inc. in California Redlands is seeking a DC Area Manager to oversee warehouse operations and lead a team of Distribution Center Associates.

You will ensure shipments, receipts, storage, and packing meet policy and customer needs. This role requires 3+ years of leadership in high-volume DC environments, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management).
• 3+ years’ experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Management/leadership experience in a supply chain distribution center environment.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring/coaching and development initiatives.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Able to read and interpret policies and procedures to operate systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
