Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience with regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters in healthcare/pharma.
• Knowledgeable about complex healthcare law and regulations including FCA, Stark, Anti-Kickback, HIPAA, antitrust, reimbursement disputes, product recalls, and FDA regulatory issues.
• Familiarity with DOJ, FTC, CMS, FDA, DEA and other regulatory agencies is desired.
• Litigation experience is a plus.
• Washington D.C. licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensure.
