Job Posting:

We are currently hiring for a Second Shift, DC General Warehouse Associate IV. The position is for Equipment Operator IV, working second shift from 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required as scheduled.

No college degree is necessary; however, 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment and powered industrial truck (PIT) driving experience are preferred. We provide all necessary on-the-job training and certifications for forklifts and equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime
• Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
• Drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Responsibility for accurately and safely completing picking and storage tasks using powered industrial equipment, including stand-up high lift, reach trucks, or dock stockers
• Post-offer background check and drug screening are required

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and store product quantities in designated locations
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies organized
• Communicate effectively with team members and demonstrate teamwork
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety
• Use hand-held RF units/scanners for tasks
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Sort, label, and store products safely
• Participate in meetings and communicate concerns
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company policies

Pay Range

$21.00 - $38.31 per hour/monthly for salaried roles; hourly for others. This role is eligible for bonuses or incentive plans.
