Job Description: This position is in the parcel department, focusing on assembly and packing items into boxes for shipment via UPS, Wayfair, etc. The role involves standing in one spot with minimal movement and includes training on the box-making machine during downtime. The job requires lifting up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift. It is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications: Experience in warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory management is preferred. Product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly is necessary. Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
Work Hours: Full-time, 11:30 pm - 8:00 am, Monday to Friday, with overtime.
Hourly Rate: $22.00/hr.
Pay Range: $15.00 - $34.66 per hour. Estimated ranges are monthly for salaried roles or hourly for other roles. This position is eligible for bonus or incentive plans.
