Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a multi-shift distribution center.
• Some college preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of 15–60 members.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership and drive a motivated, safe, productive workforce.
• Establish daily production goals and monitor intraday performance.
• Coach and develop team through training, performance reviews, and coaching.
