Quality Bicycle Products (QBP) is hiring a Warehouse Associate (DC Flex) to operate with advanced robotics, pick, pack, and replenish products, and ensure accurate inventory and shipping. Training is provided to all new hires, and a supportive, collaborative team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and accountable team member.

• Physically capable of lifting 55 lbs repeatedly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible with schedules, including longer shifts and overtime.
• Careful and precise in tasks; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate with robotics to pick, pack, and replenish products.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency using technology.
• Prepare shipments by labeling boxes, adding slips, inspecting items.
• Assist with truck loading, cycle counts, and receiving inventory.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; promote safety.
