Job summary

Legacy Supply Chain in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee is hiring an Environmental, Health, and Safety Leader to ensure site EHS compliance and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with leadership and customers to implement EHS initiatives across the DC and oversee training and audits.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in safety/regulatory compliance within manufacturing or warehousing, OSHA/EHS knowledge, and strong communication and leadership skills to foster a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5+ years of experience in safety/regulatory roles.
• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse safety and environmental compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations and reporting requirements.
• Ability to work independently and drive safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legacy leadership to plan and implement EHS initiatives for the DC.
• Manage OSHA 300 log and regulatory recordkeeping.
• Conduct safety orientation for new hires, temps, and contractors.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and safety trainings.
• Oversee JSA program and train on train-the-trainer concepts.
• Lead safety investigations and follow-up actions.
• Oversee safety audits and document corrective actions.
• Communicate safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain Safety Data Sheet database and ensure up-to-date information.
• Support continuous improvement in OSHA, ISO, and EHS compliance.
