Smart Care is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to support customers throughout the Washington, DC market. This role focuses on diagnosing problems, making dependable repairs, and keeping businesses running smoothly.

You'll service commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment, manage daily service calls, and communicate clearly with customers and the service team. Strong troubleshooting and independent work are essential.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience servicing and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently beyond routine maintenance.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and use diagnostic tools to identify causes.
• EPA Section 608 certification; Universal preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Service rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, walk-in coolers/freezers.
• Identify electrical, mechanical, airflow, control, and refrigerant issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Document diagnostics, work performed, parts used, and follow-up needs.
• Coordinate with dispatch and other technicians to move calls.
