Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school.
Admission to the District of Columbia Bar or eligibility.
Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
Draft memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
Collaborate with clients, co-counsel, and other stakeholders to develop effective litigation strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and case law.
Assist in mentoring junior attorneys and support staff as needed.
