Job summary

One Medical in Washington, DC is seeking a Board-Certified Internal or Family Medicine physician for a full-time role in our Adams Morgan office. You will manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conduct acute and chronic visits, and provide care in-office, at testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth.

You will participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with both in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or completed an Internal/Family Medicine residency.
  • Board certification or eligibility with plans to certify within 1 year.
  • Active DC medical license prior to start date.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs.
  • Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
  • Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and occasionally via tele-health.
  • Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
  • Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
  • Using clinical training to perform in-office procedures where appropriate.
  • Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
  • Pursuing additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.

Education

Internal or Family Medicine residency program
Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans for certification within 1 year
DC state medical licensure
