Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a DC/Warehouse Associate to support our distribution center operations. duties include picking, packing and staging parts, using RF scanners, and moving boxes with pallet jacks and forklifts. You will enter records via computer systems and keep work areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work varied shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Read and interpret safety rules, instructions and manuals.
• Basic math for unit conversions and counting.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and stage parts as directed.
• Enter records using RF devices and computer systems.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift as needed.

Job DescriptionOur DC/Warehouse Associates are a vital part of our warehouse and assist in, but not limited to;pick pack and stage parts, utilize hand-held radio frequency devise (RF scanners), and move boxes throughout the distribution center.ResponsibilitiesMarks pallets with identifying store information.Uses the computer / RF to enter records.Uses equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.)Uses voice picking systemKeeps work area neat, clean and hazard free.Will be required to use a hand held radio frequency device (R.F.
