Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a DC Asset Protection Supervisor in Riverside, CA, to lead a 40+ person team and manage a multi-shift operation including overnights and weekends.

This role focuses on safeguarding assets, ensuring accurate gate and yard operations, and reducing risk through data-driven actions. You will collaborate with DC Operations, Safety, HR, Facilities, and Logistics to enforce security standards, investigate incidents, and support end-of-month reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in asset protection or loss prevention.
• Experience managing teams of 15+ associates.
• Strong understanding of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 40 associates, ensuring safety and security.
• Investigate incidents involving theft, fraud, or security breaches and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments verification at truck gates and yard audits.
• Promote compliance with safety and secure-workplace policies across shifts.
• Build partnerships with DC Operations, Safety, HR, Facilities, and Logistics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and measure asset protection program effectiveness.
• Leverage WMS/YMS and reporting tools to drive corrective actions.
