Burlington Stores is seeking an experienced DC Asset Protection Supervisor in Riverside, CA. You will lead a 40+ person team across a 24/7 multi-site operation, overseeing truck gates, yard audits, and loss prevention initiatives to protect people and assets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in asset protection, loss prevention, or related field, managing teams of 15+.
• Strong understanding of CCTV, Card Access, Burglary Alarms.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication to build trust across teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, and motivates a team of up to 40+ associates for accountability and high performance.
• Sets expectations, tracks attendance, and conducts regular performance feedback.
• Identifies training needs and delivers coaching opportunities to enhance capabilities.
• Maintains safe, secure practices to protect assets, inventory, facilities, and personnel.
• Investigates theft, fraud, or security incidents; documents findings and implements corrective actions.
• Verifies inbound/outbound shipments at truck gates and conducts yard audits.
• Promotes compliance with safety policies and secure-workplace standards.
• Identifies risks and collaborates with cross-functional teams to mitigate them.
• Ensures badge compliance, access control across shifts.
• Builds partnerships with DC Operations, Safety, HR, Facilities, and Logistics.
• Liaises with law enforcement when required for investigations.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and measure program effectiveness.
• Leverages WMS, YMS, and reporting tools to drive corrective actions.
• Manages Lost & Found and asset protection supplies and vehicle maintenance.
